Mandatory Declaration & Consent
1. The information submitted through this form is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
2. I / We are authorized to submit this information on behalf of the Developer / Applicant.
3. Submission of this form constitutes a request for preliminary technical and commercial assessment only and does not constitute final approval, an SNG connection, a gas supply agreement, or an unconditional commitment by Synthetic Natural Gas (Private) Limited (“the Company”).
4. The proposed project remains subject to technical feasibility, projected gas demand, infrastructure requirements, site conditions, commercial viability, safety requirements and applicable regulatory approvals.
5. The Company may request additional documents, layouts, technical information, approvals or clarifications and may conduct a site survey before determining project feasibility.
6. Where the project proceeds, applicable infrastructure costs, connection charges, payment terms, security requirements and other commercial terms will be communicated separately through the relevant proposal, Demand Notice and/or agreement.
7. Any final project enablement, infrastructure development, connection or supply arrangement will be subject to execution of the applicable agreements and fulfilment of the Company's technical, commercial, documentary and payment requirements.
